*Any payments made after 4PM during weekday office hours, will not be guaranteed pickup for the following day. This also applies to Holiday's and weekend payments. If you pay on a weekend the payment will not be processed to your account until Monday office hours. Thank you*

(There is now a 3% Technology Fee associated with all card transactions - If you do not want to pay the fee you are welcome to pay via ACH, send a check or drop off cash to our office @ 10850 Lake Pleasant Rd. Waterford, PA 16441)

Please call our office @ 814-217-1411 or email us at b.w.stroupdisposal@stroup.services and we can update your account information for you. Your contact information needs to be updated with the office directly - account changes cannot be made through the customer payment portal.

If you previously updated your email with us already, then you are all set to create your account.

Ask about making your account paperless! Once your email is added onto your account, we can email your future invoices which will have a direct payment link attached for easy payment access!
